We are The Leading Edge College & Career Pathway Consultants, a company geared to develop students' technical skills via counseling and higher-level aviation courses. Unlike typical flight schools, our program was designed by both FAA certified flight instructors and CA credentialed teachers who believe the student comes first.

Our college & career preparatory program offers unique classes, consultation, coaching, personal portfolio development, as well as volunteer opportunities to provide your student with firsthand experience applicable to the field of aviation as a whole.

Our team of image professionals are experienced published writers, public speakers, and elite talent executives recognized for their ability to identify the enigmatic qualities in applicants sought by varying institutions. We use our insight to intuitively highlight student achievement to compliment the reticent characteristics centered at the core of approval committee decisions, while turning areas of development into opportunities that win committee approval.

The Leading Edge is proud to offer a full spectrum of services for all student development including Special Education. Our professionals have both in-district and post-secondary teaching experience, hold advanced degrees in SPED and Autism, and have a mastery of the IEP process. We support students and families across the state for consultation, IEP development, review, transition, career/continuing education, and in-person representation by our Special Education Advocates. OUR VISION

The Leading Edge curriculum, aligned with Common Core standards, is uniquely tailored to optimize learning for teens and young adults. Our program centers around teaching models from widely accepted, research-based evidence for best teaching practices held by the California Department of Education. Our goal was to design an engaging model that crosscuts traditional standards with recognized strategies, reflecting the diversity of student learning and common practices for cultural extension in the multiple learning modalities that are focused on by all credentialed California teachers.
